Randers Meeting Rooms

At Randers City Camp we have the venue for your next company or private event. We have a modern and new venue with space for 100 seated guests, which can be divided into 2 smaller rooms with space for up to 50 people each. You may therefore experience that there is an event in the room next door if you have only rented one floor. The premises have their own toilets, a large terrace and a large production kitchen, which is of course designed so that 2 companies can use the kitchen at the same time, and with all necessary service and kitchen equipment.

The premises are ideal for conferences, meetings, general meetings, association gatherings, company outings and much more. The premises can of course be equipped with a flipchart and screen, as needed, and in combination with the site's facilities and the nature around us, only the imagination sets the limits.

Out of consideration for the campsite's other guests, the campsite must be quiet at 23.00:XNUMX p.m. This also applies to events in the meeting and party rooms.
On the site you will find all the facilities that you and your family need on holiday. We have a high standard of cleaning and will do our best to ensure that your holiday lives up to your expectations. There are two state-of-the-art service buildings on the site with bathrooms, toilets, family rooms, disabled rooms and baby changing rooms. You can also do your laundry on holiday. We have both washing machines and dryers available.

When you rent a pitch us, it is available from 12.00 noon and must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure. If you want to extend your departure a little, please talk to us at Reception. We are happy to be flexible with your departure time if possible.
