There is free fishing from Randers to Frisenvold, in places where there is public access to the Gudenåen. At the campsite there is free fishing in the Nørreåen from the lawn at Fladbro Kro.
In Fladbro, where the Nørreåen and Gudenåen rivers merge, it is most often pike, perch or zander that bite the hook. However, you may also be lucky enough to catch salmon or sea trout. They are more likely to bite the hook at Randers harbour.
Remember that everyone between the ages of 18 and 65 must have a valid fishing license, which can be purchased online.
